Esta unidad documental es una carpeta con 40 artículos periodísticos sobre migración reunidos por CAREF. Se caracteriza por estar mayormente compuesta por recortes originales, aunque en algunos casos hay fotocopias. En cuanto a la temática, se trata de un seguimiento de prensa de la época sobre la situación y problemáticas de migración y refugio, especialmente de chilenos, cubanos y laosianos. Hay también algunos artículos que hacen referencia a las leyes y proyecto de ley para la regularización de la situación migratoria de extranjeros y uno en el que se refiere a la xenofobia.
