Reúne fotografías del Refugio Gowland, que funcionó desde agosto de 1975 hasta principios de 1977, momento en que se decidió cerrar, en una quinta de la Iglesia Evangélica Luterana Unida. La capacidad de la población fue de alrededor de 100 personas. Este refugio fue el único que, por un corto período, contó con una custodia otorgada por el Ministerio del Interior.
